Here is an article republished from the Stanford Law Review. It succinctly outlines the arguments against SOPA from basically everyone’s perspective except for a few of the more major rightsholders in the United States.

SOPA and its partner Protect IP are a prime example of a very powerful lobby looking out for its own interests to the detriment of the rest of the country. It should be stopped.
